My complaint with Thurston Toyota is that they overcharge for tune-ups. Thurston charges up to 2.5 times more for a tune up then Freeman Toyota in Santa Rosa CA. Ukiah is closer to where I live than Santa Rosa, but the cost of service is incredibly expensive. Thurston gives Toyota a bad name.

They can't even balance a tire! Service dept worthless! I have also been plagued by incessant phone calls trying to sell me a useless extended warranty. Be warned!
